Permitted Use. You may view, download, or print pages solely for personal reference. Any other reproduction, publication, framing, or deep‑linking is prohibited unless explicitly authorised by Innovatech.

6. Delivery, Returns, Refunds, Warranty & Exchange

The procedures and conditions governing delivery, returns, refunds, warranty service, and product exchanges are detailed in the Policies listed below, each of which is hereby incorporated into these Terms by reference:

  • Eligible return window (7 calendar days for sealed, unopened items);

  • Non‑returnable items (e.g., downloadable software, consumables);

  • Warranty limitations (one‑year manufacturer‑defect coverage within UAE unless stated otherwise);

  • Allocation of shipping costs for returns (Innovatech covers domestic UAE returns; international returns are at the buyer’s expense).

  • You are authorised to use the chosen payment instrument;

Innovatech adheres to the UAE’s E‑Commerce Law and Consumer Protection Law, ensuring:
