Innovatech Retail Solutions LLC (“Innovatech,” “we,” “us”) allows sealed product exchanges* within 7 calendar days and provides like-for-like replacements for manufacturing defects under warranty. This document explains eligibility, time-frames, costs, and how to start a request, fulfilling both UAE legal duties and Google’s destination-policy requirements.

Who can exchange | Any customer who received the item within the last 7 days and has kept it factory-sealed and in resaleable condition. |
Not eligible | Opened or tampered packaging, consumables, batteries, accessories, DJ or music-production software, and all digital delivery goods. |
How to request | Email sales@innovatechae.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and the SKU you want instead. We confirm availability and any price difference. |
Price difference | • New item costs less or the same: we dispatch after return passes inspection. • New item costs more: secure payment link is sent; we ship once the balance clears. |
Shipping costs | 1st exchange in the UAE ships free; additional or international exchanges: customer pays return freight, Innovatech pays outbound replacement freight. |
Dispatch time | Exchange item ships within 2 business days after QC approval and (if applicable) receipt of any price difference. |
Note: An exchange swaps the product for a different model or variant. If you need the same model replaced due to defect, see Section 2.
2 | Replacement Policy (Same Product / Defect)
Rule | Detail |

DOA window | Report “dead on arrival” or transit damage within 3 days of delivery for a free like-for-like replacement. |
Warranty period | 12 months from invoice date, UAE only unless the product listing says otherwise. Warranty service is offered by the brand’s authorised service centre; Innovatech assists with coordination. |
Process | 1️⃣ Email sales@innovatechae.com with photos/video of the defect. 2️⃣ We issue an RMA number and service-centre address (or pickup schedule in the UAE). 3️⃣ Centre confirms defect → replacement or repair at no charge. |
Exclusions | Damage caused by misuse, normal wear (ear-pads, cables), consumables, batteries, software licences. |
International buyers | Must ship the product at own cost; Innovatech ships the replacement/ repaired unit back free of charge. |
