Order Processing

We strive to process your order quickly:

  • Orders placed before 3 PM GST (UAE time) are typically processed the same or next business day (Monday–Saturday).

  • Processing does not include Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Within the UAE

We partner with trusted, track-and-trace couriers—including Aramex, Quiqup, Fetchr, Careem Express and Emirates Post—to deliver to the checkout address you provide.

*Timeframe begins once the parcel is dispatched. Deliveries run Monday–Saturday. If a first attempt fails (wrong address or no one available), the package returns to the depot and we’ll arrange one free re-delivery.
 
International Shipping

  • Available upon request—contact support for a quote based on courier provider rates.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import clearances not included in shipping fees.

Return Shipping

  • UAE customers: return shipping is free for eligible items under our policy.

  • For orders shipped outside the UAE, return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
