Lionheart represents everything we’ve learned through forty years of Laney tube heritage, distilled into a single ampilfier range. Designed to deliver the ultimate tone of a tube being pushed hard – warm and expressive, at an output level which can be used in everyday environments.
This twin channel, all tube amplifier features ‘Parallel single-ended’ Class A output from 4x EL84 matched tubes, providing 20 watts of rich tube power.
The L20H also features gold plated PCB’s and jack sockets. Sealed gold contact relays are used in all signal paths for minimum sound coloration, and the amp comes fitted with the renowned “Type 4” large spring line reverb for the classic guitar reverb sound.
Each L20H features a hand stamped ‘build number’ in the order they come off the Laney production line, and comes with a custom made ‘Lionheart’ dust cover.
The L20T-112 combo features the same highly respected preamp design as the rest of the Lionheart range and consists of a clean and drive section with shared 3 band EQ, global reverb and an overall tone control.
The L20T-112’s all valve power amp houses a road tested 20 Watt Class A parallel single ended EL84 equipped output section, not previously seen in a Lionheart 1 x 12 combo. This offers the player an increased headroom option in a combo whilst still giving masses of vintage valve tone in a compact stylish package.
The rear panel of the L20T-112 features a footswitch socket for switching channel and reverb with the FS2 provided, an FX loop for connecting external FX devices and finally an external speaker socket for adding an additional speaker enclosure such as the LT212. The L20T-112 also features the innovative folding tilt mechanism that has proved popular on the rest of the Lionheart range.
The L20T-112 can sound either vintage or modern depending on how you use the preamp controls – back off the gain, wind up the master and you’re cooking up serious retro tone. Digging in hard produces extra bite, or backing off cleans it all up.
The Lionheart range is a significant amplifier in todays market offering serious tone that’s often difficult to find even in products costing twice the price. Lionhearts are easy to use and most players will get a great tone out of them within seconds.
The Lionheart L50H’s BITE control tightens up the bottom end giving a clean and clear punchy sound, whilst the tone control works in a similar fashion to the Tone controls on your guitar except that it works uniquely on the other end of the amplification chain. Giving you the ability to control not only the overall top end response but also reduce the upper end harmonics on the output stage and preamplifier overdrive sounds. The Dynamics control allows you to control the Lionhearts low frequency response dialling clockwise gives a more extended low-end response. Dialling the Dynamics control counterclockwise tightens up the low-end response.
The L50H rear panel features an FX loop with Bypass/Insert/Side Chain operation modes with a level control, the footswitch socket as well as housing the Preamp Out/Power amp in sockets along with the speaker connections for 8 & 16 Ohm cabinets. Each Lionheart L50H features a hand stamped “build number” in the order they came of the production line. Designed and manufactured in the UK.

The L5T-112 features a chrome twin channel pre amp with a Bright switch, shared 3-band EQ, global Tone and Studio-quality Digital Reverb. Constructed from Marine Grade Plywood with retro banding strip and leather strap handle, the L5T-112 looks as good as it sounds.

If you have the Laney L20H, you won’t want to compromise that great Class A tone by using any old cabinet. Instead, why not get the matching Laney LT212 cabinet. Featuring 2x 12″ Celestion Heritage G12H Drivers and closed back construction, this cab gives thick, deep tones with growling bottom end power. This stylish and great sounding cab also features a folding tilt mechanism for optimum sound projection. Each LT212 features a hand stamped ‘build number’ in the order they come off the Laney production line, and comes with a custom made ‘Lionheart’ dust cover. At 19kg this cab will easily fit into your regular gigging rig.
The twin channel LV100 is Laney’s entry level LV amplifier. It has a 65 watt output section, independent EQ for each channel, footswitchable reverb, speaker out socket, “V” scoop, and VTS tone shaping. It also features the Laney Tube Emulation Circuitry. Laney – Power To The Music.
The LV300 features a pre-amp valve – housing Tube Fusion Technology in its hybrid design. Giving you that legendary Valve Mojo to the pre-amp drive tones! Plus another benefit of a hybrid design is a lack of weight – any model in the LV range can be loaded in and out of a car boot or van without fear of injury but is as tough as it needs to be to withstand the rigours of gigging!
V is more to these amps than just being in the word LiVe – each drive channel features a V switch. The V switch gives you an instantly scooped tone. The nice thing is that there is one per channel – giving you flexibility to scoop the rhythm tone whilst leaving the solo tone unaffected. Next comes the VTS switch – this feature globally boosts certain bass and upper mid frequencies whilst cutting some of the lower mid.
Finally, the digital reverb section with individual controls for the clean and the drive channels, a really nice user-friendly feature.
The rear panel of the LV300 features everything you need – simple series effects loops an extension speaker socket and a footswitch socket. Each model in the LV range comes supplied with a sturdy metal FS3 custom three way footswitch!
The LV300 is geared towards live performance. Loud. Stage worthy and refreshingly user friendly. Finished in a tough black tolex with large protective corners the LV300 will look as good as it first did gig after gig.
The Laney LX412A 4×12 speaker cab is loaded with a quartet of Laney custom speakers, together rated at 200W. It offers 8-ohm mono and 4-ohm stereo operation for added versatility. The angled baffle provides improved projection. And the rugged plywood construction, side handles, reinforced corners and rubber feet ensure it’ll withstand the rigors of the road.

Packed with Celestion Neodymium drivers you still get an amazing performance with plenty of low end “oomph” but without the traditional mass of the magnet! Nexus cabinets are loaded with cutting edge Celestion Neodymium drivers, which use ultra powerful magnet material in order to allow the mass of the magnet to be reduced without compromising the performance of the driver. Result: same great performance but with a greatly reduced cabinet weight which makes life on the road with a Nexus stack much more manageable.
The NX410 is fitted with the exceptionally impressive 10” Celestion Neodymium which gives amazing performance which reducing the weight of the cabinet dramatically. A mighty 800 -watts power handling can be accessed via Neutrik combination sockets that accept Speakon or ¼-inch jack cables mounted on the rear panel.
The NEXUS-SL was designed and conceived with the simple goal of making the best bass amplifier on the market. Hear it and believe! The nexus-sl’s power amplifier section combines the power and portability of cutting-edge class D Technology with the natural warmth, compression and dynamic range that only a tube can give: a high voltage ECC83 tube sits between the preamplifier and the 1000W RMS power section. The ergonomic front panel design allows great bass tone to be found easily. The bottom row of control knobs houses tone shaping, the top row houses bass-sympathetic digital effects: space (reverb or chorus) and interval (octaves or 5ths). Laney developed two unique functions to control the NEXUS-SL power stage. ‘Tilt’ is an instant ‘EQ seesaw’ and ‘touch’ adjusts the feel of the output response.
While a lot of Class D amps are smaller and some even have a bit more power, none have the same feature set as this amplifier. On the front panel you not only have your standard 3 band EQ with parametric Mid sweep but also a 4 way shape control, tilt, touch, space, interval and focus controls that all give you an extra level of flexibility that very few Class D amps can offer.
This is before you get to the back panel and you realise you also have a powerful D.I Out, USB out, Headphone Out, Aux In, FX Loop, Tuner out, Remote footswitch control and a single speakon out to go to your cab of choice. All of these IO options are extremely useful at one time or another so having them all in one small amp is like a dream come true for a lot of players.
