Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
7-day return window: You may return sealed and unopened products within 7 days of receiving your order
Open packaging is non-returnable: Items with opened or tampered packaging are not eligible for return or refund.
Non-returnable items: Digital products such as DJ software, music production tools, and other downloadable content are non-returnable.
🔄 Return Process
Initiate your return by emailing support@innovatechae.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number.
Our support team will provide return shipping instructions and a prepaid label (within UAE).
Ship the item back in its original sealed packaging.
💰 Refunds
Inspection timeline: Our Quality Team will inspect the returned item upon arrival.
Refund processing: Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping refunds: Shipping charges are not refundable, except for cases of incorrect delivery by us.
💰 Refunds — How & When You’ll See the Money

*Times are averages provided by Stripe, UAE acquiring banks, and major local card issuers. Public holidays and Saturday & Sunday cut-offs can add a short delay.

Items must arrive sealed and pass QC.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong product.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
Within UAE: Return shipping is free for eligible products.
Outside UAE: Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer .
⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items
Report any damage or defects within 3 days of delivery.
For valid manufacturing defects, we offer replacement or refund after inspection.
Warranty claims should be directed to the product’s authorized service center—we’re happy to help facilitate.
🛠️ Warranty Details
Duration: 1 year from the invoice date (within UAE only unless stated otherwise).
Coverage: Manufacturing defects only—excludes consumables, batteries, accessories.
Retain your invoice and warranty card to make a claim.
Warranty service is provided by the brand’s authorized agent/service center; we coordinate support.
🔁 Exchange Policy — Quick View
Want to swap for a different model or colour? Sealed, unopened items may be exchanged once within the same 7-day window.
Email support@innovatechae.com with your order number and the SKU you’d like instead.
Any price difference is settled before dispatch; UAE return shipping is free.
All other conditions (packaging, inspection, timelines) mirror our Return & Refund procedure.
