Yamaha DZR15-DW 2-Way Powered Loudspeaker

The Yamaha DZR15-DW is an advanced 2-way powered loudspeaker designed for top-notch sound quality in various applications, including FOH (front of house) and floor monitoring. Its robust 2000W Class-D bi-amp powers the 15″ woofer and 2″ compression driver, offering a wide frequency range of 34 Hz to 20 kHz and a maximum SPL of 139 dB. The rotatable horn adds versatility for both vertical and horizontal mounting. A thorough design ensures smooth, level coverage, minimizing any roll-off.

Advanced Features

The onboard 96 kHz DSP processor employs Advanced FIR filters for sophisticated crossover control and EQ correction. The result is smooth frequency response and excellent sound clarity without phase distortion. The LCD screen facilitates easy navigation through DSP functions, presets, and precise adjustments for PEQ, delay, and routing. Additionally, the D-CONTOUR feature intelligently manages multiband compression for consistent audio quality regardless of volume.

The back panel includes dual combo XLR-1/4″ inputs, XLR thru/outputs, and dedicated level controls. The USB port allows for system updates and preset management. With two etherCON connectors supporting Dante, this loudspeaker integrates seamlessly with other Dante-compatible gear and Yamaha digital mixing consoles. The DZR15-DW is equipped with flexible rigging options, including U-brackets, and is constructed from durable plywood with a Polyurea finish, ensuring both robustness and portability.
