Description

The MiniVee X by Velodyne Acoustics combines cutting-edge subwoofer technology into a remarkably compact cube. Its sealed, high-gloss MDF cabinet is internally braced to minimize resonances, while the all-new 8″ long-throw driver paired with an 8″ passive radiator ensures powerful, accurate bass with minimal cabinet movement.

A Class‑D amplifier delivers up to 800 W of peak power, yet remains precise and low distortion thanks to its design. For seamless integration into any room, the MiniVee X uses the Velodyne Auto EQ app (available on iOS and Android) and the included microphone to perform fully automatic room correction.

Connectivity is versatile: you get unbalanced RCA (Stereo/LFE), balanced XLR (Stereo/LFE), a 12 V trigger mini-jack input, and a USB socket (5 V/1 A) for optional wireless modules. On the output side, it has both RCA and XLR daisy-chain outputs, plus a trigger output with a 5‑second delay. Power status is indicated via an LED (blue = on, red = standby).

Compact in size (30 × 29 × 29 cm) yet weighing around 15 kg, this subwoofer is ideal for home stereo setups or theater systems where space is at a premium but deep, clean bass is still desired.
