In the event of a power interruption from the VX-200PS, the VX-2000DS seamlessly switches to its backup battery, ensuring uninterrupted operation.

VX-2000DS Emergency Power Supply Unit

The VX-2000DS Emergency Power Supply Unit ensures seamless DC power delivery to all equipment within the VX-2000 system by integrating with the VX-200PS Power Supply Unit. It maintains the charge of 2 × 12V sealed lead batteries, adjusting the charging voltage based on the battery’s temperature. The system automatically switches to the backup battery in the event of a DC power supply interruption from the VX-200PS.
