This subwoofer utilizes a 100W Class-AB amplifier to drive its front-firing 8″ paper-composite woofer, delivering a frequency response that ranges from 30 Hz to 200 Hz with a peak SPL of 113 dB. The rear panel is equipped with both 1/4″ and RCA input/output connections for versatile connectivity options. An adjustable input gain control (-30 to +6 dB) and a continuously variable lowpass filter (50 to 130 Hz) allow precise customization of volume and low-end response. Additionally, the defeatable highpass filter removes frequencies below 80 Hz from the outgoing signal to the main speakers, ensuring clean and accurate sound reproduction.

Noteworthy features include a polarity invert switch and multiple protection circuits to safeguard against RF interference, output-current limiting, over-temperature, turn on/off transients, and subsonic frequencies. The unit ships with a power cord for immediate setup and usage.
