Description

The Gold W12 Subwoofer brings prodigious low frequency power and musical detail to both movie soundtracks and music. Its 12″ (305 mm) ultra-long-throw driver, supported by two 200 mm Auxiliary Bass Radiators (ABR), is driven by a 600 W Hypex Class-D amplifier delivering deep, controlled output with an extension down to ~20 Hz.

Performance & Tuning

The subwoofer offers extensive fine-tuning via a top-mounted controller or Monitor Audio’s SubConnect software. Four fully configurable user presets are available per input with modes including Flat, Music, Movie and Impact. Users can adjust frequency, slope, trim and detailed EQ filters for each preset. Night Mode reduces dynamic range for late-night listening.
