The Midas DL231 is an active microphone splitter boasting 24 inputs and 24 outputs, designed to handle both analog and digital signals. Each input channel features two award-winning Midas microphone preamplifiers with switchable 48V phantom power, and the unit supports selectable 96 kHz or 48 kHz sampling rates. The DL231 is equipped with an Ethernet control port and four AES50 ports for dual-redundant operation of two independent digital audio interfaces. MIDI connectivity is also supported with dedicated in, out, and thru ports.

Built for versatile applications, the DL231 includes a Mute All Outputs button for easy onstage re-patching and is housed in a robust 5U rack-mountable chassis suitable for transport and storage in standard flight cases. The device operates on a dual-redundant power supply and features convenient front-panel controls for configuration and status monitoring.
