Description

The MHA200 + LCD-5 bundle combines McIntosh’s elegantly compact, tube-powered MHA200 headphone amplifier with Audeze’s latest LCD-5 flagship open-back planar magnetic headphones. The MHA200 uses a pair of 12AT7 and 12BH7A dual-triode vacuum tubes and McIntosh Unity Coupled Circuit output transformers to provide up to 500 mW of headphone power across four selectable impedance ranges (32–1,000 Ω). It offers balanced and unbalanced analog inputs, dedicated left/right balanced outputs, a 4-pin stereo balanced XLR output and a conventional 1/4″ jack so virtually any high-end headphone can be driven optimally. The LCD-5 brings Audeze’s refined planar driver design and improved frame/comfort features, delivering exceptional detail, dynamics and comfort for extended listening sessions.
