The Electro-Voice MFX-12MC 12″ multi-use coax monitor delivers a new level of reference performance from compact, two-way, coaxial designs. Designed for live sound stage monitoring, it also serves as a full-range sound reinforcement speaker suitable for various permanent installations. Its internal structure maximizes internal volume while maintaining a low profile to preserve sight lines. The protected input panel includes NL4 input and loop-through connections and a passive/biamp switch.

With versatility in deployment, these monitors are a valuable investment for live sound companies. EV provides a library of DSP settings optimized for specific uses, with recommended amplifier matches being the Dynacord TGX or IPX series. The settings run in Dynacord’s SONICUE control software, ensuring efficient integration into the amplifier’s DSP section.

The coaxial driver and horn assembly can be rotated 90° for install applications, allowing alterations in coverage pattern. Both models come with integrated pole cups, M10 suspension points, and configurations for wall-mount or flown use.
