The BLU-120 processor, configurable via HiQnet™ Audio Architect, employs a simple drag-and-drop configuration method with a low-latency, fault-tolerant 256-channel digital audio bus using Category 5e cabling for 100m range, extendable to over 40km with fiber optic converters. It features four card slots that support various I/O configurations, including Analog and Digital Input/Output Cards, AEC Input, and Telephone Hybrid Cards, each supporting four channels. Additional capabilities include software configurable gain and Phantom Power for Analog Inputs, and AES/EBU and S/PDIF processing for Digital cards, with extensive clocking and syncing options.

BLU-120 Digital Audio Processor

The BLU-120 is a versatile digital audio processor tailored to meet a variety of audio system requirements. Configurable via the HiQnet™ Audio Architect, it provides a rich palette of logic objects and a simple “drag and drop” configuration method, making it user-friendly and powerful.

  • Supports a 256-channel fault-tolerant digital audio bus over standard Category 5e cabling, with distances up to 100m.
  • Four card slots that can be fitted with various I/O cards, including Analog, Digital, AEC Input, and Telephone Hybrid Cards.
  • LED indication for Phantom Power, Sync, Signal Present, and Clip per channel, with additional device information accessible from the front panel display.
  • Integration with third-party control systems via 12 Control Inputs and 6 Logic Outputs.
  • Part of the flexible and scalable Soundweb London product family.
