Hand-crafted in Italy, the Sonus faber Amati G5 is a 3.5-way floor-standing loudspeaker that blends iconic luthier-grade cabinetry with cutting-edge acoustics: a 28 mm DAD™ Arrow Point tweeter, 150 mm midrange with Intono chamber, and dual 220 mm woofers working through the Stealth Ultraflex™ reflex system for deep, articulate bass and holographic imaging. Sensitivity is a room-friendly 91 dB with a 4 Ω load—ideal for high-quality amplification.

The fifth generation of Amati refines Sonus faber’s Homage philosophy with a
lute-shaped cabinet wrapped in real wood and leather, coupled with proprietary
acoustics for breathtaking realism. A DAD™ (Damped Apex Dome) Arrow Point
28 mm tweeter delivers airy, extended highs; a 150 mm midrange in an
Intono sealed chamber preserves timbre purity; and two 220 mm woofers, vented
via the Stealth Ultraflex™ aerodynamic duct, provide powerful, well-controlled
low frequencies. A hand-soldered, Phase-Coherent crossover ensures seamless
integration and 3D imaging across the band.
