The Roland V-4EX Four Channel Digital Video Mixer with Effects is a live production switcher and web streaming device that improves on the Roland V-4 Video Mixer by adding a built-in multiviewer with touch control screen and HDMI in/out, with 1080p/RGB WUXGA (1920 x 1200) support on one input, and 1080p output. You can switch between four video sources and deliver via HDMI, RGB Component, composite video and stream via the built-in USB port. Four built-in frame synchronizers, one per input, allow you to support and cleanly switch input video from sources that are not gen-locked. This unit is well-suited for clubs, concerts, worship, events, weddings, education and sporting events.

The Roland V-60HD Multi-Format HD Video Switcher is a true multi-format video switcher, meaning it doesn’t require input sources to be matched to output resolutions. Suitable for a variety of live venues, including but not limited to corporate, education, house of worship, and theater. The V-60HD enables live switching of HD and computer video formats without requiring external scan converters. It supports up to eight inputs with four SDI, two HDMI, plus two still image files. The HDMI inputs support video and computer resolutions, allowing you mix video and computer graphic formats. Two SDI and two HDMI-assignable outputs support program, preview, and auxiliary busses, allowing you to easily send discreet outputs to separate displays. The HDMI multiview output enables viewing your eight inputs, as well as program and preview, on a single monitor with audio level display.

The VC-1-DL Bi-Directional SDI/HDMI Video Converter with Delay and Frame Sync from Roland provides high picture quality by maintaining the video characteristics of the original signal with rich-blacks and super-whites. There are no interlacing artifacts or other conversion or signal errors that are sometimes found with other video converters. The VC-1-DL also features an on-board re-clocker to compensate for attenuation of SDI signals carried over long distances. The VC-1-DL also supports both level A and B 3G-SDI, thereby enabling you to connect a variety of high quality SDI sources.

The Roland VC-1-HS HDMI to SDI Video Converter allows HDMI video sources to be incorporated into an SDI workflow, and can also serve and an audio embedder and de-embedder. The internal processing has been designed to faithfully preserve the incoming HDMI signal and frame rate without introducing interlacing artifacts, signal errors, or reducing the dynamic range of the image.

The VC-1-HS features an HDMI and an SDI output that supports 3G-SDI, HD-SDI, and SD-SDI. A hybrid balanced stereo analog and AES/EBU digital audio input allows additional audio sources to be embedded in the SDI stream along with any HDMI audio. For local monitoring there is an HDMI loop-out that can be used with standard, consumer-grade HDMI displays and will incorporate any audio that has been embedded within the unit. A hybrid analog/digital audio output separates the HDMI and embedded audio and can be used for local monitoring incase audio output is unavailable from the display.
