Zone Controllers

The Soundweb Contrio AC-V is an analog wall controller available in black or white, designed for BSS Audio Soundweb London devices. It features a 47k Ohm logarithmic potentiometer for volume control and connects to General Purpose Inputs (GPI). The AC-V can interface with up to 12 GPI-equipped devices simultaneously or 36 with the BLU-GPX model. This straightforward controller is configured via HiQnet London Architect or HiQnet Audio Architect software, primarily for managing volume levels.

The Soundweb Contrio EC-4B is an Ethernet wall controller designed for Harman HiQnet systems, capable of managing and monitoring BSS Audio Soundweb London and other HiQnet devices, such as Crown DCi series amplifiers. Available in black or white for US Decora single-gang installation, the EC-4B features an Ethernet port for configuration, control, monitoring, and PoE. Configuration is streamlined through drag-and-drop in HiQnet Audio Architect software.

The EC-4BV is a versatile controller featuring a push/rotary encoder, an encoder ring, four multicolored backlit buttons, and a 64×128 pixel LCD screen. The encoder supports continuous, binary, and preset control functions, with the ring displaying audio levels or settings. Buttons offer control over mute, preset recall, or source selection. The screen displays custom text and the device includes a sleep mode to minimize distractions. It can be locked via control systems or a PIN and supports dynamic reassignment of controls.

The Zone Controllers enhance the functionality of the DriveRack® and ZonePRO™ series by using analog DC voltage for logic control, including zone source selection, volume control, muting, program/scene selection, and fire safety muting. Compatible with CAT5 cabling and RJ-45 connectors for up to 1000 ft, the ZC-4 specifically offers program change via contact closures for the DriveRack 220i and 260, and manages source selection, page steering, or scene selection for ZonePRO devices.
