All software, content, and materials are and remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without our express written permission.

Permitted Use. You may view, download, or print pages solely for personal reference. Any other reproduction, publication, framing, or deep‑linking is prohibited unless explicitly authorised by Innovatech.

2. User Responsibilities

By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• Warranty limitations (one‑year manufacturer‑defect coverage within UAE unless stated otherwise);

• Allocation of shipping costs for returns (Innovatech covers domestic UAE returns; international returns are at the buyer’s expense).

7. Payment Methods & Security

• You are authorised to use the chosen payment instrument;
